FAQ

Before you get started.

Where is my trade data stored?

Your trade records are encrypted and stored only on your device (attached chart images are stored on-device without encryption). There is no cloud sync, and logging and analysis work without an internet connection. A connection is required only to purchase or restore PRO. If you have iCloud Backup enabled, they are also included in that backup.

Can I use it with a broker other than MT4/MT5?

Yes. If your broker's account supports MT4/MT5-format CSV export, it can be imported automatically. If it doesn't, you can still use every feature by entering trades manually.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes. You can cancel anytime from your device's App Store settings. After cancelling, you'll keep PRO access until the next renewal date.

Does the app give investment advice?

This app is a logging and analysis tool. It is not intended to provide investment advice or solicit any specific financial product. Past records and results do not guarantee future performance. Please make your own trading decisions at your own risk.
